We’re delighted to welcome Waqas to the Prodigy IT Solutions team, joining us as a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer. Read on to learn more about him.
What did you do before joining Prodigy?
I was working for another MSP as an IT support engineer
What made you want to work with us?
Diversity of clients at Prodigy made me inclined towards working for the company. I believe that this will expose me to a variety of challenges and provide me with the opportunity to expand my skill set.
How has your time here been so far?
I received a very warm welcome by the team and everyone at Prodigy has been very kind. This has made it very easy for me to settle in.
What’s the best thing about working here so far?
I love how the company is run by a close-knit group of professionals who work in harmony to provide outstanding IT support with key focus on customer satisfaction.
What do you like doing in your free time?
One of the reason’s for joining prodigy was the fact that I can work from home. This allows me to save travelling time to and from work, which I utilise to play with my 14 month old son.
Any final thoughts?
At prodigy every voice is heard and all ideas are given a fair chance. I am very excited to join the team and really looking forward to get to serve my clients so they become raving fans!
