We’re delighted to be welcoming Connor to the Prodigy team, who has joined us in the role of 2nd Line Assigned Engineer
What did you do before joining Prodigy?
Before Prodigy I cut my teeth in IT starting with an apprenticeship. I stayed with that company for almost 7 years, learning a lot along the way. It was here I went from IT trainee to 2nd Line Support Engineer, and learnt about all sorts of IT systems, from those older than I am, to devices fresh off the production line.
What made you want to work with us?
Prodigy seemed to me like the natural next step after finding myself plateauing with the technology and software I was exposed to. They came across as a forward thinking, friendly and knowledgeable company, traits I can confirm now that I work here!
How has your time here been so far?
My time at Prodigy so far has been great! All the staff have been fantastic whenever I’ve needed help, advice or anything else. I could not have asked for a better introduction!
What’s the best thing about working here so far?
The best thing about working for Prodigy is everyone always has time for me. There is not a point where I’ve felt stuck because all the staff are always keen to assist and help wherever they can.
What do you like doing in your free time?
In my free time I like playing video games, investing in stocks/cryptocurrency and reading about the latest technology or physics breakthroughs.
Any final thoughts?
I’m looking forward to where Prodigy takes me and hope I can add as much positivity to the company as they have shown me.
